  • PE Pipe Saddle Clamp 32-250mm is a durable and efficient clamping tool designed to securely hold saddles and tapping tees onto PE pipe during the electrofusion process. Suitable for pipe sizes from 32mm to 250mm, this specialist clamp ensures the correct pressure is maintained before, during, and after fusion, helping to achieve strong, reliable joints across water, gas, wastewater, and industrial PE pipe systems.

Designed for use with tapping saddles, tapping tees, branch saddles, and purge saddles, the clamp provides stable and accurate positioning throughout the electrofusion heating and cooling cycles. By preventing movement or lifting of the fitting during installation, the tool helps improve fusion quality and reduce the risk of joint failure on-site.

  • The PE Pipe Saddle Clamp 32-500mm is a reliable and easy-to-use tool designed to securely hold electrofusion saddles/ tees onto PE pipes at the correct pressure before and during the fusion process. Suitable for pipe sizes up to 500mm, this versatile clamp is widely used across water, wastewater, gas, and industrial PE pipeline systems where accurate saddle/tee positioning and consistent fusion pressure are essential.

Also known as a top loading clamp or electrofusion saddle clamp, the tool is specifically engineered to prevent saddle/ tee fittings from lifting during the heating and cooling cycles of the electrofusion process. By maintaining stable and even pressure throughout installation, the clamp helps ensure a high-quality fusion joint and reduces the risk of installation failure.

  • The PE Pipe Squeeze Off tool  (63-125 mm SDR 11 PE Pipe) is a robust and reliable solution designed for safely restricting the flow of gas or water in plastic pipe systems during maintenance and repair work. Engineered to meet the demanding standards of utility and pipeline professionals, these tools operate in accordance with the UK National Grid specification GIS/PL2-7, ensuring safe and controlled pipe squeeze-off procedures every time.

Designed for polyethylene (PE) pipes (63, 90,  110 and 125 SDR 11/17.6), the tool works by compressing the pipe between two parallel squeeze bars. The upper bar is operated manually via a durable tee handle, allowing technicians to apply controlled pressure with ease and precision. This simple yet effective mechanism temporarily shuts off the flow within the pipe, enabling repairs, installations, or maintenance tasks to be completed without a full system shutdown.

  • The PE Pipe Squeeze Off tool  (16-32mm SDR 11 PE Pipe) is a robust and reliable solution designed for safely restricting the flow of gas or water in plastic pipe systems during maintenance and repair work. Engineered to meet the demanding standards of utility and pipeline professionals, these tools operate in accordance with the UK National Grid specification GIS/PL2-7, ensuring safe and controlled pipe squeeze-off procedures every time.

Designed for polyethylene (PE) pipes of sizes 16, 20,25 and 32mm, the tool works by compressing the pipe between two parallel squeeze bars.

  • These dual sized glands are suitable for insertion of either the PE Tracer, or the Tracer Rod, into low pressure gas and water services. Each gland contains sealing arrangements for ¾” and 1” BSP threads, and ¾” and 1” gas meter threads.
  • This glanding system, which has been tested at pressures up to 7 bar, is most suited for insertion of the Tracer Rod into gas and water mains and services. The gland rubber, which is about 25mm thick, can be compressed during use to increase the seal and prevent leakage. It has a 1” BSP internal thread as standard and is supplied with an adaptor to suit ¾” BSP. An adaptor to suit ¾” and 1” gas meter thread is also available Tracer Gland MP 3/4" & 1" BSP Thread
  • To enable the PE Tracer to be inserted into live PE mains, via a standard Service Tee, a system has been developed that enables the cutter to be removed, and a guide tube, complete with a directional foot, to be installed under live no blow conditions. The guide tube has a low pressure glanding system as standard, but can be supplied with a medium pressure glanding system ( suitable for use at pressures up to 2 bar ) if required. Once the tracing operation has been completed the guide tube can be removed and the cutter replace, all under live no blow conditions.
