PE Pipe Debeader, External Debeader 400- 1200 mm is specifically designed for the fast and efficient removal of external beads from completed butt-fusion welded PE pipe joints. Suitable for pipe sizes from 400 mm to 1200mm, these robust tools deliver clean, accurate bead removal without damaging the pipe surface, making them ideal for gas, water, and industrial pipeline applications.
Engineered for ease of use, the debeader is knocked directly onto the weld bead while precision alignment blocks slide smoothly along the pipe surface to guide the tool around the pipe circumference. The specially shaped cutting blade cuts cleanly beneath the weld bead, while the ergonomic handle provides excellent control and leverage, allowing the operator to remove the bead quickly and safely.
